The AAPM is pleased to announce the CHRA® Strategic Human Resource Analyst Certification Course & Exam.
HR practitioners around the globe are now afforded the resources to learn collectively, and earn their CHRA® professional designation utilizing a mixture of Instructor lectures, presentations, practical exercises, online resources, HR business case-studies, as well as group interactive and course delegate one-on-one sessions with AAPM certified instructors. The CHRA® integrates the latest human resource management concepts and practices to ensure participants are well versed in the advanced knowledge and skills required for to obtain/maintain a successful HR professional career. The course requires approximately 30 contact hours with various pre-course readings and assigned work-products to complete; ensuring the course delegate is versed in the body of knowledge that is reviewed during the course. A proctored exam is given directly following the course in which the course delegate must accomplish a score/marks of 70% or greater to ensure successful completion. The CHRA® certification will be received approximately one month following the close of the seminar and all fees associated with certification (for the first two years) are included in the initial course enrollment/registration fees.1
Course Description: The course has been designed to educate and validate Human Resource (HR) Professionals around the globe, ensuring their ability to effectively demonstrate core knowledge areas of a modern HR Practitioner. Contemporary Strategic Human Resource Management – both as a discipline as well as an essential modern organizational function – has exponentially developed over the last four decades. The historic role of personnel has quickly grown into an ever changing management responsibility encompassing a host of strategic human resource management areas.2
Course Requirements: In order to be authorized to use the CHRA® credential, you must meet the experience, education, competency measures, ethics and examination requirements set forth by the AAPM and enforced by the approved provider and instructor.
Pre-Requisite: A minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of Human Resource Management or minimum of 1 year work experience in the field of Human Resource Management as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or related Business Degree from a reputable, accredited, Higher Learning Educational College or University, or a Higher Diploma in HR are generally set forth as foundational pre-requisites to enter the course and examination. 3
